Bonus terms, licences and payment options change often, and mistakes happen. This page explains what we do when something on PinPokies.com is wrong or out of date.

Report a problem

Email [email protected] with the page address, what is wrong and, if you can, a link to the casino page that shows the correct information. You can also use the contact page.

What we do next

1. We read the casino's own public pages and compare them with what our page says.
2. If we find an error, we fix the page and update the date shown on it.
3. If we cannot confirm the information, we say so on the page instead of leaving it as fact.
4. If the report is wrong, we reply and explain what the casino's pages show.

Significant corrections

When a correction changes the meaning of a page, for example a wagering figure, a licence detail or a payment method, we add a short note on the page saying what changed and when.

Commercial relationships
